Individual Therapy Sessions
$230 / Standard 50-Minute Session
After-hours and weekend appointments attract an additional $20 charge.
If you provide the necessary details, Medicare rebates will be processed automatically with payment.
Reduced fees are available for clients facing financial hardship who have exhausted their Medicare rebate options for the calendar year.
Documentation
Client requested reports and third-party requested reports are completed outside of session time and are charged separately. Medicare rebates cannot be used for documentation, however TAC and NDIS clients may be able to access rebates
We do not provide medico-legal assessment reports.
Client registration and consent forms must be completed prior to your initial session. Please read these carefully before signing and reach out for clarification if needed.
Rebate Options
Medicare - Mental Health Care Plan
The Medicare Better Access Scheme provides a rebate of $145.25 per session, for up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year. A valid GP referral letter is required. Typically, referrals are issued for an initial 6 sessions, and a re-referral letter is provided for the remaining 4 sessions.
Clients who reach the Medicare Safety Net will receive an increased rebate.
Medicare - Chronic Disease Management Plan
Clients seeking psychological support for chronic disease management may be eligible for rebates under the CDMP and Team Care Arrangement. Please consult with your GP as the first step.
Private Health Cover
Depending on your level of cover, you may be eligible for rebates for psychology. Note that Medicare and private rebates cannot be claimed for the same session.
TAC OR NDIS FUNDING
Fees charged at cap set by NDIS/TAC for Clinical Psychology, subject to annual review.
Private Full-Fee Paying Client
If you prefer not to access Medicare or private rebates, you can pay privately for sessions. No referral letter is required.
Single Supervision Session
$230 / Per Hour
Psychologists completing the Registrar program and requiring a set number of hours are encouraged to discuss supervision packages with reduced session rates.
Supervisor documentation completed outside of supervision sessions does not attract additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up. Please inform us at your earliest convenience if you need to cancel a session.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session, or if we can fill the cancelled time slot or reschedule, will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged at 50% of the standard session rate.
Same day cancellation and no-shows will incur a full session fee cost
